The way we work is simple, efficient and best yet completely paperfree. We work remotely & can provide services nationwide. All our systems are safe and secure.

1. Sign-up

After discussing your needs with us, sign up for the modules you require.

2. Secure transfer

Each week securely transfer all information to us using world leading applications like Dropbox.

3. Communicate privately

For data protection purposes we will only communicate with you via securely encrypted applications like Slack.

4. Remote systems

All our systems are web based meaning you can access your information safely from anywhere, at anytime and from any smart device.

5. Reporting

We provide the reports and information that you require to run your business in a timely and professional manner. All reports are stored in a private ‘vault’ for you to refer back to at any time.

£25 per truck per week includes:

up to 2 sales invoices per truck per week
up to 2 purchase invoices per truck per week
up to 5 bank / credit card transactions per truck per week

Purchase ledger management
Payroll for up to 1 employee per truck per week plus 1 Director (extra charged)
VAT returns
Management reports (starter level)
Xero included with 4 or more vehicles (worth £30 per month)

Owned vehicles & subcontracting

1% of turnover billed monthly includes:

unlimited** purchase invoices per week
unlimited** bank / credit card transactions per month

Our pricing plans are based on estimates calculated from existing clients. All companies are unique and therefore fixed pricing cannot be guaranteed as some clients require extra time & effort on certain tasks. Reviews will be completed quarterly.
